What a whirlwind last couple of months in Truckee real estate! October showed a BIG dip in overall property closings, and November took off like the recent storm this week – blustering and powerful with record closing volume for Elder Group Tahoe! With ski season approaching and a short reprieve from increased overnight lending rates, Buyer Clients made the decision to purchase property and get settled in for the New Year and what we all desire – LOTS of SNOW!
Alison and our Elder Group team closed 17 escrows, representing $19,427,000 in transaction volume – a year to date, monthly record for 2022. Our listings blew off the shelves! This volume moves our Team to over $100,000,000 in closed 2022 sales volume. Sixteen of our 17 closings represented Seller Clients and one dual agency, repeat Client Buyer, bought a beautiful acreage listing in Juniper Creek Ranch.
