July 14 – August 18, 2023 Classical Tahoe The University of Nevada, Reno / Lake Tahoe Campus / Incline VillageThe festival expanded its season from three weeks to four this year with the inaugural Brubeck Jazz Summit, additional chamber music and free community concerts. Guest artists this year include three-time GRAMMY winner mezzo-soprano, Isabel Leonard, GRAMMY-nominated violinist Tessa Lark, marimba virtuoso Svet Stoyanov, famed Cuban pianist and composer Aldo López-Gavilán, and critically acclaimed early music specialist Dongsok Shin. July 22nd and 23rd, 2023 Indigenous Culture & Arts Festival hosted by the Washoe Tribe of Nevada and California Meeks Bay Resort, TahomaHere’s a free family festival that offers education, arts and indigenous cultural demonstrations too. Throughout the weekend, you can see and purchase Native American arts and crafts, review the artistry at the Basket Competition and experience various cultural activities.
