Every year our local Lake Tahoe ski resorts come together to offer discounted lift tickets as part of the Ski for the Schools fundraising program.
And every year, thousands of residents and visitors alike who enjoy spending time with their friends and families on the slopes save money on lift tickets while they support our local schools in the Truckee and Lake Tahoe region.
The proceeds from each lift ticket purchase goes directly to the Excellence in Education Foundation which is one of many organizations that Elder Group Real Estate recommends to its friends as an option for holiday giving each year.
So make your list and check it twice, and then check into the organization’s website at Exined.org to save this season at the following resorts:
Sugar Bowl
$50 lift ticket valid all season, non-holiday (Dec. 19 – Jan. 3; Jan 16-18; Feb. 13-21). Must purchase BEFORE December 23rd.
Homewood
$50 lift tickets valid Sunday – Friday, all season, non-holiday (Dec. 19 – Jan. 3; Jan 16-18; Feb. 13-21; Mar. 25-28).
Northstar
$106 lift ticket valid all season, no restrictions.
Tahoe Donner Downhill
$30 lift tickets valid Sunday – Friday, all season, non-holiday.
Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows
$75 lift ticket valid from April 1 to end of season. Tickets go on sale March 1.
Royal Gorge
$15 Trail pass valid all season, non-holiday (Dec. 19 – Jan. 3; Jan 16-18; Feb. 13-21). Must purchase BEFORE December 23rd.
Tahoe Cross Country
$15 trail passes valid Sunday – Friday, all season, non-holiday (Dec. 26 -Jan. 2; Jan. 16-17; Feb 13-14).
Tahoe Donner Cross Country
$15 trail passes valid Sunday – Friday, all season, non-holiday.
