Angela brings global marketing expertise to our team. Raised in Truckee-Tahoe, she understands the region intimately and brings value to Elder Group brand messaging, ensuring extensive online and digital advertising reach for our clients. A former international F.I.S. ski racer, she blends her passion for the outdoors with professional pursuits, studied in Australia, consulted to global companies and received award winning accolades for her marketing approach.
With a Master’s of Science in Marketing from the University of Denver and degrees in Communications, Sociology and Art History from the University of Colorado, Boulder, Angela is a well rounded marketing professional and certified in various AI platforms. She has led successful marketing campaigns for national brands like Purple and Birdcall. Angela’s innovative marketing approach combines a consultative and personal touch applied to every listing, ensuring consumer visibility. Her work ethic reflects her dedication to exceeding client expectations and commitment to Elder Group Tahoe.

For over 35 years, Lee has created award-winning branding, marketing, communication, public relations, and advertising programs for public and private corporations through the United States and Latin America. Throughout her career, formal education and community service, Lee has pioneered the concept of connectivity, communication and the power of relationship marketing. Her professional achievements include the prestigious ‘Silver Dollar Award of Excellence’ award from the International Association of Business Communicators and ‘Marketer of the Year’ from the Nevada Chapter of the American Marketing Association. In her free time, Lee thoroughly enjoys volunteering for a variety of non-profit organizations throughout America. During her decades of residency at Lake Tahoe, Lee has championed the opportunity to share her time and insight to enhance her community and its organizations for all the right reasons.

Melissa seamlessly integrates with our Contract Manager to ensure Elder Group client contracts are accurate, complete and in compliance with Chase International’s internal brokerage systems. A certified transaction processor and disclosure expert, Melissa’s attention to detail brings a high level of accuracy to each listing and escrow file. Elder Group’s defined processes yield a professional and thorough result from initial contract set up, timeline development, disclosure review and final audit to ensure CA DRE compliance. Melissa prides herself on delivering a well-organized transaction file that is 100% complete and approved by our internal auditors. A key member of Elder Group’s operations team, Melissa’s pleasant and efficient approach to contract management results in organized and accurate Elder Group transactions, each and every time!

A former ski racer and 2024 graduate from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with dual Communication Studies and Sales degrees, Emma’s operational knowledge ensures our listings launch efficiently, on time and convey at the highest price point. Our buyer clients always have a terrific showing experience with well-organized property tours. Exceptionally aligned with data management skills, Emma excels in analyzing market trends and working with our custom SalesForce system. With honed experience in customer facing environments, Emma brings a dynamic, team-oriented approach to Elder Group. Creating award-winning advertising, beautiful visual design and impactful marketing programs for Elder Group Tahoe, Natalie brings over 20 years of design experience and a 15+ year tenure with our Company. She studied at the Academy of Art University, her perceptive and strategic designs continually ensure our client’s properties are well positioned within the digital advertising, print and social media channels. Natalie’s ability to create intuitive, visual campaigns is unparalleled. She works closely with our IT and social media professionals so that Elder Group’s listed properties stand out beautifully! Amongst her many skills, training puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind is near and dear to her heart; she also volunteers her time and graphic design skills for multiple non-profits while raising a family who loves camping! Rob Lizondo

Rob’s extensive experience in application services integration and customization brings 25+ years of data management experience to Elder Group Tahoe. Rob is responsible for our SalesForce CRM and Elder Group Tahoe website to key real estate applications to deliver maximum impact of our listings to the marketplace. Rob develops/ manages/delivers custom tools that allow Elder Group Tahoe to measure and manage the impact of our extensive advertising programs to benefit our listing clients. He is responsible for strategic planning and development of API’s and web services that synthesize raw data into understandable, useful and actionable information company wide. Rob continually focuses on improving transaction efficiencies and “connecting the dots” between the matrix of real estate programs and systems.
