With weeks of freeway closings due to storms and record snow, difficulty in reaching listed properties and holding listing inventory until the snow melts, these factors impacted both sellers and buyers.
During Q1 2023, property closed at an average of ~ 97% of list price noting MLS volume decreased over 50% as compared to the same period in 2022. There is pent up seller and buyer demand. We continue to see a transition from stock market investments to real property – and there’s no better place than Truckee-Tahoe!
