Through its webmaster agent, Elder Group Tahoe Real Estate has contacted integration service providers and pursued and requested accessibility or the ability to edit from each but has not been able to reach a full accessibility resolution for these services.

As Elder Group Tahoe Real Estate does not have the resources or capacity to recreate the services offered and the services are essential to the operation of eldergrouptahoerealestate.com, Elder Group Tahoe Real Estate believes that subsections (iii) under Sec. 12182(b)(2)(A) of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provide for relief:

(iii) unless the entity can demonstrate that taking such steps would fundamentally alter the nature of the good, service, facility, privilege, advantage, or accommodation being offered or would result in an undue burden

Elder Group Tahoe Real Estate will pursue improvements in accessibility of third-party integrations as they become available and/or known to Elder Group Tahoe Real Estate.
