Tahoe Donner continues to be a terrific, family environment for primary and second homeowners alike.  Daily I’m asked about market conditions in Tahoe Donner and whether it’s time to purchase a home.  My response… “Check out the statistics … prices are down, there is some very nice inventory available, and financing rates are fantastic.”  For your easy review, here are statistics relating to sold Tahoe Donner properties between January 1 and March 31, 2012.

The market is moving and well priced homes are going into contract in a matter of a few weeks.
