Dollar Point neighborhood is one of the most sought after locations in the West for real estate investments. It is a true community within itself on Lake Tahoe’s North Shore. In addition, the DPA does a great job at keeping kids of all ages busy with organized events throughout the year.
Dollar Point is minutes from Tahoe City and a short scenic drive to some of the nation’s finest ski resorts like Palisades Tahoe, Alpine Meadows, Northstar and Sugar Bowl. Most of these resorts are now open in the summer months and are home to some of the best mountain bike parks in the nation.
