What a DYNAMIC quarter for Truckee-Tahoe real estate! Third quarter 2020 was off the charts with record sales volume and BIG price swings – prices went up substantially as compared to the same period in 2019 – as did the number of sales in most neighborhoods.
Check out the data below and click on each Neighborhood of interest to see what’s been happening in twelve specific real estate markets – it’s astonishing! For example, Lahontan’s luxury community is up 36.8% in median sales price, Martis Camp a modest 16.5% comparatively, with over a 100% increase in unit sales. In Gray’s Crossing, the average price increased 13.7%; however, we have seen substantial price changes and inventory gobbled up in the last month that will reflect in Q4 statistical reporting. Tahoe Donner increased 18%, a historical record and crossed the $2,000,000 mark on a number of sales including our Elder Group listing at 12348 Ski Slope Way. Old Greenwood also increased by nearly 20% with new developer inventory plus neighborhood luxury sales. And the list goes on! Refer to our Elder Group Market Statistics below!
